1.2 Processing time & cut-off
Orders received before 1:00 p.m. are usually handed over to GLS on the same working day.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays; delivery may be delayed accordingly.

1.3 Shipment tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link after shipment. You can customize your delivery options (e.g., neighbor, drop-off authorization, GLS ParcelShop) in the tracking information.

1.4 Change delivery / adjust order
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@lydenti.de (subject: "My Order" + order number). We'll check whether an adjustment is still possible.

1.5 Transport damage
Please inspect packages upon receipt. If possible, please note any obvious damage directly to the delivery person and inform us at info@lydenti.de, ideally within 7 days. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Cancellation & Return (Consumer)

2.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

2.2 Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery for the cheapest standard delivery, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

2.2a Return period
You must return the goods to us promptly and at the latest within 14 days of your cancellation notice; timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.

2.3 Return costs
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods in the event of a cancellation. Upon request, we will provide you with a GLS return label. The flat rate is €4.99 within Germany or €8.90 from Austria and will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can return the goods at your own expense using a service provider of your choice. In the event of defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
In case of partial return, we will not refund the shipping costs; in case of complete cancellation, we will refund the shipping costs in the amount of the cheapest standard delivery

2.4 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal (health & hygiene)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This includes, in particular, toothpaste tubes with a safety ring/seal/protective film, as well as sealed folding boxes if the seal is broken upon initial opening. Note: Opening the shipping carton does not affect the seal on the goods.

2.5 Return conditions for toothpaste (sealing)
For a return within the scope of the cancellation, the toothpaste, including the folding box and the toothpaste tube, must be unopened and sealed. The original packaging is not a legal requirement for the cancellation; the unbroken seal is crucial for the protection of health and hygiene.

5) Keep the receipt. Refund upon receipt of goods or proof of dispatch.

2.7 Defective goods / incorrect delivery
In the event of defective items or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a free return label. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lydenti.de. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

2.8 Notes on promotional goods / bundles
For promotions that require a minimum order value to receive a free item, the free item may also need to be returned in the event of a cancellation. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free item from the refund (statutory rights remain unaffected).
